BRINGING CERTAINTY BACK TO EDUCATION
EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING - ADMINISTRATIVE TRAINING – STUDENT ADVISORY PROGRAM
ROBERT ANDERSON, JR.
CREATOR OF THE T-12 LEARNER
I WORK WITH SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND STUDENTS TO BRING CERTAINTY BACK INTO THE EDUCATION SYSTEM.
Educators are questioning if they will be able to reach their students through video...
Educators are questioning if they’re going to get sick and have the ability to take care of their families...
Educators are questioning how they're going to keep the parents and educational community satisfied with their efforts...
Educators are questioning how to meet their educational responsibilities while social distancing, building a classroom community, and/or teaching through a hybrid, in-person/remote atmosphere.
SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR NAVIGATING THEIR STAFF THROUGH ALL OF THESE CHALLENGES.
Our school leaders and educators are under a tremendous amount of pressure to perform every year. Even just teaching the current curriculum can be full of challenging moments.
Teachers are typically good people. They love working with children and young adults and they want to share their passion for education.
However, for the teachers and administrators that recognize how challenging the current landscape is to navigate, there are additional pressures related to racism and social injustice in our schools and communities that are more difficult to handle without the support of the students and faculty.
We are in a time when educators can take wise, informed action and influence positive change.
Even so, the fear of alienating or ostracizing oneself, or coming across as offensive in school, can be daunting—especially while adding value to more sensitive human rights issues being discussed.
...I'M HERE TO HELP IMPROVE THE
CONVERSATIONS WE'RE HAVING.
LET'S BOOK A CALL AND DISCUSS A PLAN OF ACTION WE CAN BEGIN IMPLEMENTING RIGHT NOW.

The 12 Things They Wanted to Teach You in High School... But Couldn’t identifies the most consistent challenges Robert Anderson Jr. has been asked to solve over the last twenty years while working with youth, high school, and college students around the country...
...Challenges like overcoming anxiety, dealing with failure, identifying your gift, how to turn your passion into a career, understanding proper nutrition, and dealing with the death of a loved one, to name a few.
This book is also an introduction to The T-12 Educational Summit. Robert Anderson Jr. works with school leaders and students to build relationships and engage in uncomfortable conversations designed to improve awareness around sensitive issues. The T-12 Educational Summit is bringing certainty back to schools and their communities.
